I was going for 20 but I forgot to eat anything in the morning and this turned into a deplicion run. I didn't like it I ended up walking about 2 miles back to the car. I'll never do that again. I was fine all the way til mile 16-17 so i backed off the pace and mile 17-18 I thought I was going to die so I stop for a bit. Then walked back to the car.
