AM: I decided to see if my foot could handle the track and flats. It did okay, though I will need to be nice to it the next couple of days. I haven't been on the track in forever. It felt weird, and it felt like it took half the workout to find my rhythm. I ran a ladder workout. 2k, 1600, 1200, 800, 400 with 400 recovery between. My goal was 90, 88, 86, 84, 82 per lap for each set. 2000 goal: 7:30 actual: 7:24 1600 goal: 5:52 actual: 5:46 1200 goal: 4:18. actual: 4:17 800 goal: 2:48 actual: 2:46 400 goal: 82 actual: 77 I have faster in me, but this will do. Especially after 14 yesterday 8.75 total. Will run more later |
