Baby Myles is here, and now it's time to get back to working out hard again. I've missed running! I need to take it easy coming back, so I will run only 15-20 minutes a day through this first week. I may only run every other day, depending on how I feel. I can tell my core strength is seriously lacking. Plus, I'm still packing an extra 15 pounds. So, I don't want to get injured.
I did 40 minutes on the elliptical on the interval setting. The intervals were two minutes on, two minutes off. Then, I ran 2 miles on the treadmill. It took me 16:20, so 8:10 per mile. When I got home I did 3 x 25 crunches. |
