I ran 1300 W to JRT to Millrace Park and home through Taylorsville High. Total time 40:14. I'm trying to work on my turnover a little bit, so I did one minute pushes every five minutes of the run for a total of eight. This is a very good time for this course, so maybe I didn't lose that much fitness. I think 5k pace will be another story, though. But, I need to be positive and not worry about what I cannot control. |
