Beautiful morning. I ran over to the Taylorsville track for a speed workout. I warmed up three miles. I ran four sets of 200,400, 600 with 200, 200, 400 recovery. They were NOT fast. I think I'm going to try to find a babysitter and do speed later in the day from now on. It's really difficult to move quickly at 6 am. Plus, I can't see my splits in the dark. Set 1: 39, missed the split, 2:12 (ugh) Set 2: 41, 83, 2:10 Set 3: 40, 82, 2:08 Set 4: 39, 82, 2:07 At least I got faster over the workout. I cooled down 1.6 miles. Later am: Zumba! |
