I was bored with my usual running routes, so I tried a new one today.  I just gave myself a time goal of 45 minutes and just ran.  I ran up 5400S to 2700W, around Valley Park, back up 2700W to 6200S, down to the Canal Road, and back on the canal road to 5400S, and back home.  It actually took just under 51:00.   It wasn't a bad route, except I ran past 3 different schools, so the traffic was pretty heavy.  The canal road was nice, but felt like it would never end.  I listened to the Chunga Show while I ran to pass the time.  It makes the run go faster, but sometimes they make me laugh so hard, I actually have to stop and catch my breath.

Do you use a maternity belt when you run? I've heard they help a lot. http://www.amazon.com/Motherhood-Maternity-The-Ultimate-Belt/dp/B001M5R53W/ref=sr_1_cc_1?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1339279641&sr=1-1-catcorr

Are you and/or Teren running the circuit race this weekend?

No, I haven't even heard of a maternity belt. Might be something to look into as I get bigger. I'm not too big, yet.

I think the next circuit race that Teren will be running (and I will be watching) is Alta 8k. I will probably "run" the 2 5k's in October. I don't think I could handle racing much longer than that.

Ahh the belly bra, you should look into it when you get bigger. I used one and it was heavenly. :)

I used to listen to Chunga and Mister all the time driving to school in high school! Good times.

Nice workout today!
