I ran 1300 W to Gardener Village and took the River Trail back. It felt great to pound out some stress I have been experiencing lately. 7:00 average. After running I went to the club to take Total Body Conditioning. I should probably leave more than thirty minutes between running and strength class next time. I was tired and really hungry. I'm glad I got it in though. Kim is adding a spin class after lifting class. I'm not sure I can handle a run/ lift/spin triple but I may try it out at least once when I'm feeling particularly masochistic. I finished with 30 minutes really easy on the elliptical to flush my legs and talk to Kim. |
