I am very happy this week of training is over. I am tired! 57 miles, 2.5 hours of cross training and two lift days. It was a productive week. Next week I get to drop down a bit. Then I will see where my fitness is in my first post injury race. I ran 1300 W to 7000 S to 2700W and then my Costco loop. I pushed the pace in the second half. 6:54 average. |
