Personal:

I've been running since I was nine.  I'm married to a fellow runner who inspires and supports me.  We have two children:  Cole (4) and Lily (18 mos.)  I help Bill Cobler coach cross country at East High School.

Sore calf and a little laziness kept me from running the last couple of days.  I'm going to have to get serious about running, soon if I want to return to racing.  Though, it has been nice just running how I feel, when I feel like it.

I did a tempo workout today.  I warmed up 10 minutes and then ran 10 minutes at 6:40 pace, 3 minutes recovery, 10 minutes at 6:30 pace, 3 minutes recovery, 5 minutes at 6:20 pace, 3 minutes recovery 5 minutes at 6:10 pace, 2 minutes recovery, 5 x 1 minute on/off at 5:40-6:00 pace.  I was at 8.78 miles at an hour, so I finished 1.22 miles for 10 total.

At 9:15 I went to Zumba.

I broke the 130 pound barrier.  I am now weighing in at 129 lbs.  9 lbs to go.  I'm starting to feel less chunky.
