So, I've been MIA from the blog ever since I became pregnant.  I always have the best intentions when it comes to working out through my pregnancies, but the first trimester always wipes me out. I've been running a bit, even entering a couple 5ks, but I want to be more consistent.  So, I decided to start blogging workouts again.  It gives me some accountability.  Plus, maybe other women would be interested in reading my pre-natal workouts.  My workouts from this point out will probably be a combination of running and cross-training, until the running gets too painful.

Today I did a 40 minute interval workout on the elliptical; 2 minutes on, 2 minutes off for 10 sets.  I followed that up with a 4 mile run on the treadmill at a 7:33 average.  My biggest problem is that my blood sugar seems to tank around an hour of cardio, so I may have to make sure that I have some gus with me.  I took the kids to get jamba juices after my workout.  My jamba was heavenly after working out.

Good to see you on Saturday and back on the blog!

Which smoothie is best there? I haven't found one that I really like yet :(

I'm not sure what smoothie is best. I actually hardly ever go there. I had Strawberries Wild today, and I liked it because it was sweeter than some of the others. I think it mostly tasted good because it was after working out.

Congratulations on the pregnancy! And thanks for blogging. I definitely appreciate seeing people's pregnant workouts.
