I'm a bad blogger!! I need to be more consistent about recording my workouts. Especially if I want to do a marathon in January. Today I ran a 2 mile warm up followed by 4 200's. I ran 4x a mile with a 400 jog recovery, followed by a three mile cooldown. My goal was 5:40, 5:35, 5:30, 5:25. I ran: 5:34.59, 5:27.77, 5:23.24, and 5:22.99. I wanted to run under 5:20 on the last one, but I had a hard time getting my body out of 81-82 pace. But, the most important thing is to run 26 miles in 6 minute pace! |
