I jogged three miles easy with Carol and Carre after the Draper Days 5k. My hamstring was pretty sore, but seemed to warm up as I ran. It hurts more to sit on it than to run with it. Hopefully, I'll be back in gear next week.
I'm wondering if part of my problem is hydration. Does anyone have suggestions for good drinks for re-hydration besides water or Gatorade? |
