AM I ran 5 miles on 4800 South over to the river trail and back to my house from Millrace Park. I'm having calf problems again, and though I was able to make it through the run, it got a lot worse as I went. I ended up cross training yesterday because my calves were sore and I don't seem to be recovering from workouts very well. I'm supposed to race in the Top of Utah half marathon this weekend. Hopefully, I can get my calves under control, because as of now there is no way I can run 13.1 miles in racing flats. I'm frustrated!!! |
