A.M. Ran easy five miler with the jogging stroller from Sugarhouse Park. We ran the cemetary loop. Afterwards, we did two sets of circuits.
P.M. I warmed up 1.5 miles down to the Jordan River Trail. I ran 8 sets of 3 minutes hard, two minutes easy, and then cooled down the 1.5 miles home. Total mileage: 9 |
