I did P90X core synergistics this morning...abbreviated, of course. I was able to get my heart rate up a little, but not as much as I would like. I'm excited, though, because I've decided to take the next three months that I can't run and do Bill Phillip's Transformation Challenge! Might as well do something productive, and it will give me a positive goal to move towards while my back is healing. I'll be starting the program on Monday. I'm tired of being a skinny flabby girl. I want to be a skinny, muscley girl! Yeah! :D |
