This morning Ben and I were up early to do a run in downtown Saint Goerge and then hit the spin class at the rec center. We ended up running an easy 5 miles in 48:05. My legs were pretty tired, so after about 10 minutes of spin class, I gave up and went to an hour of Zumba instead! At least when I'm dancing, if I feel tired I just get sillier and it makes everything better - haha! This evening, I went to an hour of yoga, which really helped with the fatigue in my legs....ahhhh! :D |
