Ben and I did another run along the coast this morning. I was hoping my shins would be feeling better, but they were doing the same thing as yesterday. I ended up doing 4.2 miles in 42:01. I'm thinking I'll have to take it pretty easy from this point on so that I can get my 18-20 miles in on Saturday. :D
Tonight I did a 20 minute HIIT on the recumbant bike. I did 5.27 miles. I'm not sure if I'm sweating so hard because I'm hitting a "10," or if it's because it is so stinkin' HOT in the gym here!!! Well, at least my sweat glands are getting a good workout.... :-) |
