After spending 7 hours in the car, I finally made it to the gym of the resort I'm staying in and had myself a nice cardio workout! I did my 20 minute HIIT on the recumbant bike, finishing with 5.45 miles. Then I hit the treadmill for a 3.1 mile run in 30:43. I started the run at 5.0 MPH, and worked slowly up to 8.0 MPH. Near the end, I really started feeling that adductor muscle pulling, so I backed off and called it a day. |
