I did a lower body workout this morning. It was good and hard, and left me sweating. When I went in to the doc's to get my B-12 shot, I weighed in at the exact same weight as I did two weeks ago, but my body fat % dropped by 2%!!! YES! I'm glad all this weight training is actually doing something. Cuz it's NOT my favorite. Maybe when I actually get around to running again, I'll be lightning fast because I'm so strong. Yeah. That sounds pretty good right there. :D |
