I found out last night that I'm scheduled to work the half-marathon tomorrow, so it kind of screwed up my plan to do my own half-marathon in the pool in the morning. So I decided to do it today. But first, I did my upper body workout, and I made sure I did it hard, since Monday was so easy. I was shaking at the end. I thought, "There's no way I'm going to be able to spend two hours in the pool." But then I did it anyway...because I'm cool that way. One hundred and thirty-one minutes! Yeah. |
