5 TM miles. First mile warmup at 9:30. Miles 2-4 8:35 pace. Mile 5 cooldown at 9:30.
Took my 2 year old to Insta Care tonight with a high fever, thinking he had an ear infection like my 1 year old, but the doctor told me he was no ear infection but just a bad virus. Having sick kids is really exhausting! I thought of just about every excuse to not work out tonight, but I'm glad I did! Now off to bed! |
