P90X "Chest & Back" and "Ab Ripper" workouts. I learned pretty quickly into each workout that I am not as strong as I once was. For many of the push up exercises I had to drop down to my knees half way through and I needed a chair for the pull-up/bar exercises. I guess that's what happens when you take over a month off from any strength training! 3.0 TM miles. 1/2 mile warm-up at 9:30. I alternated between 7:30min/mile for 1 minute and 9:00min/mile for 2 minutes until I reached 3 miles. I've got to go take care of my baby...poor kid has an ear infection. I'm am SO ready for summer! |
