The first 3 lanes were blocked off with bars, so the 400s were a little long and it was hard to measure exactly. Not the best for this workout.

Calculates the distances in the wrong lane on the track. According to it, if you had to run in lane 4 the entire time, this would give you extra 23 meters a lap, so 80 second quarter would give you 84.6.
