Basketball this morning. Morning weight was at 173 need to start losing some weight.

Did 3 miles on the dreadmill, not too bad watched an episode of the Blacklist which was good.  After the run I lifted weights for a bit.

Good 5 mile run.  I ran out to Cholla Creek Subdivision and then back extended by going over to 300 West to Center street then home.

Decent run today.  I ran from Color Country Auto back home along 600 North.  After 2 miles warm-up I did 2x 1 Mile with 2:00 min rest.
