Another busy Sunday.  My mom stayed home with Joslin because she has still been sick with head, foot, and mouth. This past week was pretty good I stayed busy with pack meeting one night and then Halloween.

Went and played basketball this morning, first bit of any meaningful exercise in about a week.  My knee was giving me problems the first 20 minutes and then it loosened up.

2 miles this evening on the dreadmill

5 miles Mayor's Loop with lots of people celebrating Steve Hooper's 40th birthday.  After that I went and did 2 more miles and 2 x circuit at the gym.  The last few days my weight has jumped up, pretty disappointing I need to clean up my diet.  On the positive side of things my right knee has been feeling better the last few days.
