| Went and played basketball for an hour this morning. I knew I shouldn't have gone right at the end I rolled my left ankle. It hurt quite a bit, but I came home and iced it and actually think it is going to be ok. I won't run on it today, but hopefully it won't cost me too many days. I really just need to give up the basketball for the rest of the summer and leading up to St. George then after that I can play for a few months. |

Didn't run today the ankle is still pretty swollen.

| 20 mile bike ride out to Sky Ranch and back. The ankle is still swollen, but might try a few easy miles tonight. |

| 3 miles easy, did the Pah Tempe Loop. The ankle felt ok, not great and the pace was really slow, but at least it was jogging instead of the bike. I might try to do a few more easy miles tonight with Sunny. Not ready for the club run and the pace, but maybe by Saturday morning I'll be closer to being back to normal. |

| 3 miles easy La Verkin Loop with Sunny and pushing Jarren in the stroller. Then I did another 4 miles over past the bridge and back. My ankle was feeling a little better today, and hopefully by Monday things will be back to normal. I really need to get going with my training, I need to work harder the next three months (July, Aug, Sept) |
