Rode 8 miles on the exercise bike at the gym, then went to Jarren's race (he took 1st place again) After the race I took Jansen to get a new belt and a few ties, and then we went to In-N-Out, man I am going to miss that kid when he leaves next week.  This evening I walked 2 miles with Sunny.
