I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Ran 1 mile to measure a potential mile loop to use later for repeats. Then did the loop down through Confluence Park, pretty windy today. I didn't feel like running at all, but managed to get in my 6 miles for the day.
Keep up the good work! I have fallen off the wagon too, but I have to run Painters on the 17th so I better get back on the wagon next week. Are you going to run Painters? There is a lot of snow around here, it is hard to get out and run. Take care.
it was windy and cold in cedar on saturday. i opted to skip a run. I already had plenty of miles considering my previous running.
