Pretty good run mid-morning.  Went from the house over to Brentwood Bowling.  I ran out along 600 North trail, it appears they are putting a road in through there now, so probably won't be long until that is paved.  I stopped at hole #13 at Sky Mountain and got a drink then run three faster miles 6:55, 6:38, 6:47 felt pretty good.  The rest of the run was around 7:30 to 7:40 pace.  Got home and weighed 146, hopefully I don't gain too much over the weekend.

Does Sunny still make her granola? I make it every Sunday and I swear that stuff makes me lose about 4 lbs a day:) That's exciting that the marathon is so soon. What are your plans after this race? Yes I know you'll go out to dinner/relax or whatever with the fam after the marathon but what are your running plans for after the race?

After the marathon I'll probably take a week or two off and then gradually get back into it with easy running and cross training. I think my next few races will be 5K's and 10K's, maybe a half marathon in late November. My 18 week build up for Boston starts around Dec. 7th

Looks like you are ready for the marathon, I hope to meet up with you guys and try to hang on. My training has really lacked the last 2 weeks. My back has been really bad but it is finally feeling better. I am hoping for 2:42-2:45? We shall see?

We should have a good group in that range. James Holt, Steve Hooper, Tyler Shepard, Ryan Neumann, myself.
