Pretty decent run this afternoon on the treadmill.  I was able to run 3 miles and averaged 12:45. After the run I did weights 10 machines 2 x 12 reps.  Tonight we went to the temple with Kole Larsen. Also, my niece Kelsie opened her mission call, going to Idaho Pocatello leaving February 3rd.
