No run, today.  The half on Saturday took more out of my legs, than I thought it would.  Hope to get in some miles tomorrow.  Glad to see both the Broncos and the Jazz win last night.  It starts off a good week and I'm already getting ready for BYU to beat up on Utah this Saturday.

While I agree that it was good that the Jazz and Broncos won, I think that you are going to be disappointed on Saturday. Go Utes!

Im glad to know Im not the only that is so sore from Saturday and feel like I can bearly move. Good job by the way on the race!
