I guess I might considering this my step back week. I only ran 7 miles this morning here in Carlsbad. Anyway this run put me at 50 miles for the week, so a little less than what I've been running, but still decent. My legs were pretty sore early in the week from the 10K race. I was pretty pleased with my speed workout on Thursday. Not sure if we are coming back to Utah tomorrow or on Monday. |
