Your training looks good in comparison to years past... PR on Saturday? Good luck man. If you want to back off and run with us you'll need a Hitler 'stache to get in the club. So just run a good race and PR.

Dustin your going to do great on Saturday. I'm not going to say good luck, because the training proves you have it to PR. Now keep positive and keep the confidence high.
