I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Didn't feel too good today, only did 4 miles. I think the tempo run yesterday took quite a toll on the body.

I think the high Altitude with the Tempo and worrying about your crops in pinevalley might get raided takes it tole!
