Cold, rainy 6 miles this afternoon. Ran down through Confluence Park, nothing to exciting the river was higher than usual because of all the rain lately. My legs and hips were sore from the run yesterday.

Are you asking about the Utah Valley Marathon in June? There will probably be a few guys from St. George that go up.
