I live in La Verkin, Utah. My wife, Sunny and I have 3 boys and 1 special little girl
I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Busy night with Driver's Ed, then I spent the rest of the night watching the Jazz game. I need to figure out how to get a T.V. in front of my treadmill, then maybe I could run while watching the game. Instead I just sat on the couch.

I always was motivated to go run on the treadmill because I knew I could watch TV (including b-ball games). Racked up a lot of miles that way. Or you can always listen on your iPod if the radio has the games.
