Did the Beat the Banker 4.01K race. It was something different, I viewed it more as a tempo workout. First mile was 5:42, second mile was 5:58, to the finish was 2:05. Didn't really feel that great. Glen Tucker was first, and Ken Carlson was second. Before the race I ran 3 miles from my house over to the start, then after the race Bill and I ran 7 miles we went from the finish line over to the 600 North trail, then back to La Verkin and around past Cheveron to the house.

Why does Glen get a link to his name? I want a link to my name. Good solid run Dustin.

I got a link next to my name for a book I don't remember writing...

Good job Dustin, keep it up!
