9 miles in 90 degree weather this a good way to lose some weight.  Ran out to my school and back.  Legs felt better once I got going, still feeling heavy though.  I'm still having some issues with my left foot, the pain is mainly on the outside.  The run today was pretty good average was 7:55.  I've liked my Glycerin shoes so far and I've been thinking about getting a pair of Brooks Defyance

The Defyance are good but I love the Summon. Try those out.

Brooks look so chunky but feel so great. I'll definitely try another pair in the future. Nice heat miles btw.

I got a pair of defyance last week because there was no asics. But these defyance actually feel really good so far. Not as heavy as the glycerin but still feel as nice and soft with a good roll to them.
