I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
5.5 easy this morning, legs are pretty sore and took awhile to warm-up. Another 5 miles this afternoon, up past McKell's, then down to the Confluence Park area, through the new Riverwoods Subdivision, pretty slow pace, legs sore during the run.

good to see your moving again. My foot is feeling better, but i am still taking two weeks off.
