I live in La Verkin, Utah. My wife, Sunny and I have 3 boys and 1 special little girl
I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
3 miles alone, 3 miles pushing Jarren in the stroller with Sunny. I felt terrible both times. Hope to start feeling better soon.

I hope you do to. What a drag not feeling well. I took off the entire day. Life got in the way. Plus a long lost girl found me on face book! She said " i fianly found you! I have been looking for you forever! Hmm I had a big crush on her in high school.

I'm doing the Hurricane Half Saturday, but hope to add one some more miles. I've also thought about doing another long run next week, even though it would be one week before the Marathon. What are your plans?
