I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Easy 3 miles around La Verkin. This was the first run I've done since my little roof accident last Friday. I've still been feeling pretty sore, and today was no different on the run, so the pace was real slow.
