Ran 5 easy over to Hurricane City Park and back.  Shin pain still bothering me, it doesn't feel quite as bad after about two miles of running, but still not feeling quite right.  On the positive side haven't been having near the problems with the cough and hip pain.  Planning on a long run in the morning.  Does anyone know for sure what time we are meeting and where.  I won't be at the club run tonight, I have a class.

Glad you are feeling better, keep focusing on getting fully healthy for SGM!

I know it's kind of a long time from now...hopefully...but how do you run in the winter? I'm just afraid of slipping on the ice. I think we're going to get rid of our gym pass so I'm just curious if you have any tips! I'm also going to have to go before David goes to work (like I have been) it's going to be brutal! I'm hoping to have a job in a gym or something so we can have free access to a treadmill!

It sounds like Dave has a handful of people meeting at 4:30 at the N. Bluff St. chapel.

Thanks, I'll be there, maybe a few minutes late.
