Easy 3 miles tonight, the weight bounced back up over the weekend, hopefully it will drop again mid-week in time for the marathon. Either way I'm feeling pretty good, the plan is to just keep it easy this week and make sure the legs feel good for Saturday. I'm thinking I don't want to go out any faster than 1:25 for the first half. My training has been decent, but I don't want to die the second half, I would like to be able to hit some good miles coming down the canyon, I guess we'll just see what happens. |
