Basketball this morning, pretty good workout this afternoon. I ran from my school out to Sky Ranch, steady pace going out 4.5 miles, then did a 3 mile tempo run coming back. Goal was to hit right around 19:00 (6:20 pace) 1-6:14 good start a little uphill 2-6:06 some downhill 3-6:22 most difficult mile, flat and a slight headwind 18:42 overall (6:14 pace) 1.5 easy cool-down
