Well, this week didn't go as well as I had hoped for.  I just struggled this week finding the time and desire to run.

I did have a good workout this afternoon.  I ran 6 miles up to through Toquerville toward Anderson Junction.  It was a good steady hill climb most of the way, but I averaged 8 minute pace for the 6 miles, so I was pleased with that.  After 6 miles out, I turned around stretched for a little bit, then did 2x2 miles with a .5 mile recovery jog in between.

1st repeat

1-5:50

2-6:05 (11:55)

2nd repeat

1-6:12

2-5:53 (12:06)

Easy jog home.  My body was pretty sore from the 6 miles and then I felt like the 2 mile repeats beat me up even more, but hopefully some rest today and tomorrow will make me feel better for next week.

Looks like a pretty good workout Dustin. Good Job!
