basketball this morning.

Good 10 mile run tonight.  Went from the house over to Brent Bowling Alley, then up to Walmart.  I ran 8 miles at 7:10 pace, which felt pretty good.  I'm not sure if I'll have much time to run tomorrow or not.  I have lots of family coming into town for Jordan's Eagle Court of Honor.  It is tomorrow night at the La Verkin LDS West Building at 6:00, for anybody that would like to come.

I won't be there in the morning. I have lots of family coming into town tonight for Jordan's Court of Honor tomorrow night at 6 pm

I'm planning on running long after school today and then I'll just see what I have time for tomorrow.
