Went to the chiropractor yesterday and got a good adjustment again. Last week he identified the problem as a strain of the sacroiliac joint. He said the problem is mainly coming from having a really weak right leg and ankle, which makes a lot of sense since that is the ankle I had injured so many times. Anyway, after the session today, he said there was a lot of good movement and the hip wasn't as tight as last week. In fact he said, I should be fine to get back to some easy running. What I really need to do is improve my stretching and start lifting some weights to improve my strength. I've also decided to go back to the logging template that logs shoes Trainer 1- Asics Cumulus Trainer 2- Asics DS Trainer Trainer 3- Asics Nimbus- 361 miles, I'll probably retire these around 400 miles.
