Tempo Tuesday-  Picked up Billy Boy and headed over to Clyde's.  We had a big group this morning, Steve, Logan, Dave, James, Bill, and Clyde.

3 mile warm-up

6 Miles Tinman Tempo Pace

I figured I would slow the pace a little this week, with hopes of being able to do 6 miles of tempo, rather than the 4 I did last week.  Last week I averaged 6:10, but was done by mile 4.  Today I was hoping to run closer to 6:20 pace, but I never really got settled into that pace.

1-6:21 Felt good at the beginning didn't start out too fast

2-6:27 Another good mile

3-6:27 (19:16- :16 off pace) Felt just like mile 3, so not surprised the pace was the same.

4-6:38 Struggled some here, wanted to stop again after this mile, but kept going

5-7:15 I did pretty good running up the hill after the bridge which I was proud of, did walk for a bit once I reached the top

6-6:42 Stopped and hit a few sprinklers on this last mile, but finished pretty strong still.

39:52 (6:39)

2.5 miles cool down.  I didn't feel very good on the cool-down

Another .5 at home to make it 12 for the morning.
