So far this has been a terrible week for me training wise. It seems like every extra minute I've had since Monday I've been working on my tiling job. I think the end is finally in sight, finished tiling both the kitchen and dining room late last night and got a decent night's rest. My body has been pretty sore the last few days between all of the getting up and down and moving around on my hands and knees. This morning I did an easy 2 miles, and plan to get some more in this evening. Not much time tonight, did two more miles.

welcome to my world.

dustin, are you tiling your own house? are you building a new house?

yesterday I started pouring cement at 6:00 and ended the day at about 6:00 pm with a shovel in my hand. i didn't feel like a run yesterday either.

That's tough being on your knees a lot. I want to tile my bathroom soon, any tips you have? You were still dedicated enough to get out there and do 4 miles when you already worked a full day. Look at the situation that way, because you still did the training.
