Really good workout tonight, even though I wasn't really looking forward to running.  I had Sunny drive me out to Anderson Junction and then I did a two mile warm-up, then started from mile marker 5 and did a 4 mile tempo run.  The goal was just to try to average around 6:15 pace for the entire run.  However, I was feeling pretty good so I pushed the pace a little faster, which I think was fine.

Two mile cool down

I'm going to take the next few days pretty easy and then see how the Lake to Lake Relay goes.

Holy Cow! That's an incredible workout. Those times are about what you were running back when you were at Ricks. Or maybe faster.
